Memphis Nights – Dark Waters 2012

2 years after his live release with “Presidents Without Countries” Memphis Nights returns to his rock roots with this nostalgic 13 track album.

Layered with the lyrical penmanship of his former life in Australia “Dark Waters” is a polished, more rounded set of recordings then his previous. Adding the talents of musicians from around the world, these recordings are more geared for a band sound, giving the most purest Memphis Nights album to date.

4 years in Europe can make a man reflective. Memphis Nights now armed with a sharper, more professional group of “Presidents Without Countries”, starts digressing into his roots and thoughts of long ago. As well as his own band, Memphis starts to work with musicians from around the world in a first Cyber band experiment across the internet in search for the right feel for his works.
